  1. I have been doing lots to keep healthy (mentally and physically), happy and comfortable! I have been exercising most days and keeping in contact with my friends and family. I have also been baking, colouring, listening to calm music and reading! I have stopped listening to the radio because I find the news upsetting! I am really missing swimming and can’t wait to be able to go again!
