‘The Power of Yet’ routine.

This week is Mental Health Awareness week.

It is important not only to look after our physical health but also our mental health. So I have linked the 2 together.

This weeks activity is a combination of getting moving, being positive and literacy.

Kids love the Power of Yet routine.

This fun active blast teaches children that with practice and perseverance they can achieve anything. 

Growth mindset can be developed even further by using these age appropriate literacy tasks too!
